Highly Effective Trauma Therapy
Dr. Sell uses an extremely effective, evidence-based treatment for those who fight with memories of a traumatic event or who have experienced continuous trauma. In either case, trauma can have a considerable influence on one's life, and it can take significant time to even understand how it might be affecting you. Trauma can cause uncomfortable emotions or experiences, such as worry and shame, irritation, distrust, intrusive memories and avoidance behaviors. As a licensed psychologist, Dr. Sell has helped many individuals to conquer these emotions and behaviors in as little as 8-12 sessions with effective, evidence-based treatments.Alcohol & Drug Treatment
Seeing an alcohol therapist is something that lots of people do whether they are slightly worried about their drinking or have a major substance abuse issue. Everybody who inquires has their own reasons for doing so, so treatment will look unique for each person.
